Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Thank you for shopping with Slay Hoodies. We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to produce and ship our custom products to you as efficiently as possible.

Since every item is custom-made just for you after you order, our fulfilment process involves two main stages: Production Time and Shipping Time.

 

1. Production Time (Order Fulfilment)

This is the time it takes for Gelato to print, cut, sew (if applicable), pack, and prepare your custom order for shipment.

  • Standard Production Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Peak Season/Large Orders: During holidays, sales, or for very large orders, production may take slightly longer, potentially up to 7–10 business days.

  • Production Location: To reduce shipping times and environmental impact, Gelato routes your order to a production partner closest to the delivery address. Approximately 90% of orders are produced locally.

 

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once production is complete, your order is handed over to one of Gelato’s global shipping carriers (e.g., Evri, DHL, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail). Shipping time is added to the Production Time to determine your estimated delivery date.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they do not account for unforeseen carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal service issues.

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Shipping):

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–5 business days

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by Gelato's live shipping calculator, which factors in:

  • The products ordered (weight and dimensions).

  • The final destination.

  • The selected shipping speed (Standard or Express).

  • Please note: Gelato may charge an additional fee for each extra item in an order. This is automatically factored into your total shipping cost at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, which will include your tracking number, once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours.

5. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping! Since Gelato has a global network, most international orders are printed close to the destination country, significantly reducing transit time.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Slay Hoodies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.

  • Addressing: For some regions (e.g., China, Japan, South Korea, Brazil), Gelato's partners may require the address to be submitted in the local language to ensure smooth delivery. Please ensure your address details are accurate and complete.
